IN N’ OUT Market is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to In-N-Out Burger or any other business using a similar name. We sell fuel, convenience goods, food prepared on site, lottery and car washes at one Minnesota location. We do not operate restaurants.
Brand Authorization Statement
JRD Companies Maplewood LLC, as owner and operator of IN N’ OUT Market, authorizes Jackson Robert Durand (Apple Developer Team ID UZQPX2G884) to develop, publish and maintain the In N’ Out Market Rewards app under the IN N’ OUT Market name, logo and trade dress on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The developer is the owner of the brand owner; no third-party license is involved.
