The short version, up front: an Unlimited Wash plan is a month-to-month subscription that renews automatically and charges your card on the same calendar day each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time, online in about thirty seconds or by telling any attendant, with no fee, no phone tree and no retention script. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the month you are in, and your plan stays usable through the end of that paid month.
What the Plan Is
An Unlimited Wash plan lets one designated vehicle go through our tunnel car wash as often as once per day, at the wash package level you purchased, for a recurring monthly fee. Plans are sold at the pay station, at the register and in the app, and are linked to your vehicle by an RFID tag applied to the windshield or by license plate recognition.
Automatic Renewal — The Disclosure
- This is a recurring subscription. Your plan renews automatically every month with no further action by you.
- When you are charged. Your first charge is taken on the day you sign up. Every renewal charge is taken on that same calendar day each month. If that day does not exist in a given month, the charge falls on the last day of that month.
- What you are charged. The monthly rate shown at signup, plus applicable Minnesota sales tax, until you cancel or we give you notice of a price change under the section below.
- How long it runs. Month to month, indefinitely, until cancelled. There is no contract term, no minimum number of months and no early termination fee.
- Your confirmation. Within one business day of signup we email you an acknowledgment containing these auto-renewal terms, the amount, the billing date, and a working one-click cancellation link. Keep it, or use the methods below any time.
- Reminder before renewal. We email a renewal reminder at least three days before each charge, showing the amount and date.
These disclosures are provided to comply with the federal Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act and applicable state automatic-renewal law, including Minnesota Statutes § 325G.30 et seq.
How to Cancel — All of These Work
- Online — open your account in the app or on this site, choose Manage Plan, and select Cancel Plan. It takes effect immediately, in the same number of steps it took to sign up. No call required.
- The link in any billing email — every receipt and renewal reminder contains a direct cancellation link.
- In person — tell any attendant or cashier. They can cancel it on the spot and will hand you a printed confirmation.
- By phone — (651) 227-8820 during store hours.
- By email — [email protected] with your plate or plan number.
We will not require you to speak to a retention representative, sit through an offer, or complete any step that was not required to sign up. Cancellation is effective when you submit it, and we email you a written confirmation the same day. If you cancel and get charged anyway, tell us and we refund it in full.
One Vehicle, One Plan
A plan covers exactly one vehicle, identified by its RFID tag and license plate. Sharing a plan across vehicles, transferring a tag to another vehicle, or using a plan for a commercial fleet, a dealership, a rideshare fleet, or a resale washing operation is not permitted and is grounds for immediate termination without refund. Removing, altering or duplicating an RFID tag voids the plan. If you sell the vehicle, tell us so we can move or cancel the plan — do not leave the tag on a car you no longer own.
Fair Use
Plans allow one wash per calendar day for the covered vehicle. We may decline a second wash in a day, and we may decline service to a vehicle that is unsafe to run through the tunnel. Repeated attempts to use a plan for vehicles other than the covered one, or patterns consistent with commercial washing, may result in suspension.
Weather, Maintenance & Closures
The tunnel closes when conditions make washing unsafe or ineffective — extreme cold, ice, severe storms, power loss — and for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Short closures are part of running a car wash in Minnesota and do not entitle you to a credit. If we are closed for seven or more consecutive days, we will prorate that month automatically without you having to ask.
Damage, Exclusions & Your Responsibility
Automatic tunnel washing carries risks that are inherent to the equipment, and by using the wash you accept them. We are not responsible for damage to or loss of:
- Aftermarket or non-factory parts, including spoilers, bug deflectors, running boards, light bars, roof racks, mirrors, antennas, wraps, decals and trim not installed by the manufacturer.
- Loose, damaged, rusted, previously repaired or improperly attached parts, molding, emblems and clear coat, or paint already failing before the wash.
- Vehicles with pre-existing damage, open or leaking windows, sunroofs or convertible tops, or unsecured truck bed contents.
- Items left in an open bed, on a rack, or in the vehicle.
- Oversize vehicles, dual-wheel trucks, and vehicles exceeding the posted height, width or length limits, which must not enter the tunnel.
Report damage before you leave the property. Claims must be reported to an attendant on site, on the day of the wash, before you exit, so we can inspect the vehicle and pull the tunnel video. We inspect every claim in good faith and we do pay legitimate ones. Claims first raised after you have driven away cannot be verified and will not be paid. Nothing here limits liability for injury caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under Minnesota law.
Price Changes
We may change the monthly rate. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email to the address on file before a higher rate is charged, stating the new amount and the date it starts, and telling you how to cancel first. Continuing the plan past that date is your acceptance of the new rate. Price reductions may take effect immediately.
Payment & Failed Charges
You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for each renewal until you cancel. Keep it current — you can update it in the app or at the pay station. If a charge fails, we retry over the following several days and email you. If it is still unpaid after ten days, the plan is suspended and the RFID tag stops working; if it is still unpaid after 30 days, the plan is cancelled. We do not send unpaid car wash plan balances to collections.
Refunds
Monthly fees are not prorated on cancellation — you keep access through the end of the paid month. We refund in full when we charged you after a cancellation, when a charge was duplicated, or when the wash was closed seven or more consecutive days in a billing month. Beyond that we handle refund requests case by case at [email protected], and we would rather make it right than argue about it.
Transfers
Plans are not transferable to another person. Moving a plan to a replacement vehicle you own is free — bring both the old tag and the new vehicle to the attendant and we will re-tag it.
Disputes
Talk to us first at (651) 227-8820 or [email protected]; nearly everything gets fixed in one conversation. These terms are governed by Minnesota law with venue in Ramsey County, Minnesota. We do not require arbitration and we do not ask you to waive a class action. Nothing here limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
